Starting Saturday, April 11, we are pleased to introduce the following three new wines:
【Clutch Series】
Pinot Noir 2025 ¥4,950 (tax included)
Chardonnay 2025 ¥4,950 (tax included)
【110 Series】
Zweigelt 2025 ¥3,850 (tax included)
These wines are bottles that will continue to reveal new expressions over time.
We encourage you to let them rest for a while and enjoy how their flavors evolve.
Although they have just been bottled and may still feel a little unsettled at present, these wines will slowly come into balance with time, allowing the true character of each varietal to fully emerge.
As a general guide, we recommend enjoying the freshness of the white wine after about six months, and the red wine after around one year.
If possible, we would be delighted if you could cellar them for a time before opening.
We, too, are greatly looking forward to seeing how these bottles grow and mature over the years ahead—and to sharing that journey with you.

Please store in a place away from direct sunlight, high temperatures, and vibration.
